I counted by mistake

Tap the button under the number: it always goes the other way (Count down, or Count up for a counter that counts down). To fix older counts, open the counter's History, where you can remove an entry, add a note, or add a count to a past day.

I deleted a counter

Deleted counters wait in Settings › Recently deleted for 30 days, with their whole history. Tap Restore to bring one back.

Backing up and restoring

Bean Counter saves a backup every day in the Files app, under On My iPhone › Bean Counter › Backups. You can also save a backup file any time from Settings. To restore, choose Settings › Restore from a backup and pick a file. Restoring adds whatever is missing and never deletes anything.

Counting without opening the app

Add a Bean Counter widget to your Home Screen or Lock Screen, add the Count control to Control Center, or set it on the Action Button. You can also say "Count Water in Bean Counter" to Siri, using any counter's name.

Bean Counter Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase. If you've bought it and it isn't unlocked, open Settings in Bean Counter and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account. For refunds, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
